The lamb was very scared and replied, "I'm sorry, but I am standing downstream, so I can't be muddying the water for you."

The wolf wasn't satisfied with the lamb's answer, so he came up with another accusation. "Well, last year, you insulted me," he said.

The lamb was confused and replied, "That's impossible, I'm only six months old. I wasn't even born last year."

The wolf realized that he wasn't going to win this argument, so he decided to attack the lamb and eat it without any more excuses. But just as he was about to pounce, a shepherd appeared and saved the lamb.

The moral of the story is that sometimes, there are people who will try to harm us no matter what we say or do. It's important to stay true to ourselves and not let others' unjust accusations affect us.
