In you last letter you told me about yor fachion preferences. I think, that you should listen to your parents' opinion. But when you'll grown up and earn money by yourself, you'll decide what clothes to buy. But if you really want to buy designers' clothes, you can save you money and buy it.
Actually I really like some of modern street-fashion, but high-fashion sometimes seems awkward and strange to me. I prefer to wear casual clothes like jeans and T-shirt, but I wear colorful party dresses for special events. Most of my clothes I buy at local shops, I prefer to go shopping with my best-friend, she always gives me really good fachion advices. 
Who do you usully go shopping with? Who is your favourite designer? What style do you like?
