Minsk is a modern and vibrant city, with many historical and cultural attractions. One of the places that impressed me the most was the National Library of Belarus, a huge and futuristic building that looks like a diamond. It is one of the largest and most advanced libraries in the world, with over 10 million books and digital resources. You can also enjoy a panoramic view of the city from the observation deck on the 23rd floor.

Another place that I really liked was the Island of Tears, a memorial complex dedicated to the Soviet soldiers who died in the war in Afghanistan. It is a very moving and peaceful place, where you can pay your respects and reflect on the history.

I especially enjoyed the food and drinks at the Centralny, a Soviet-style restaurant that serves traditional Belarusian cuisine. The portions are generous and the prices are reasonable.
