My Weekend Essay

I like weekends very much because I can relax and have fun with my family and friends. On weekends, I usually wake up later than usual and have a big breakfast with my parents and my brother. Then I do some homework or read a book. Sometimes I help my mom with the housework or play with my dog.

On Saturday afternoon, I often go out with my friends. We go to the park, the cinema, the mall, or the library. We play games, watch movies, shop, or read books. We also chat and laugh a lot. I enjoy spending time with my friends because they are very nice and funny.

On Sunday morning, I go to church with my family. We pray and sing songs. I like going to church because I feel peaceful and happy there. After church, we usually visit my grandparents or my cousins. We have lunch together and talk about our week. I love my family because they are very kind and supportive.

On Sunday evening, I prepare for school. I pack my bag, check my homework, and choose my clothes. I also watch some TV or listen to music. I go to bed early and sleep well. I look forward to the next weekend.
