В третьих, лучше прочитать иностранную книгу в оригенале, чем в каком то переводе.

Secondly, knowing a foreign language opens up many opportunities for personal and professional growth, such as traveling, studying, working, and making friends in different countries and cultures. Learning a foreign language also increases cultural awareness and tolerance, as well as self-confidence and self-expression. Therefore, I believe that learning a foreign language is not a waste of time and effort, but a valuable investment in oneself and one's future. I don't think using a translator can replace the benefits and joys of learning a foreign language. A translator can only convey the meaning of words, but not the nuances, emotions, and contexts that are embedded in a language. A translator can also make mistakes or misunderstandings, which can lead to confusion or conflict. Moreover, using a translator can make one dependent and passive, rather than independent and active in communication.
