Переведите пожалуйста I have been exercising and eating healthily all my life, but I am not slim. I

have the right weight.I am still growing and my weight may disappear when I grow. I know if you are under 16,it is dangerous to diet .It is more important to be healthy no matter what I know some slim girls who do not take regular exercise and I know a lot of people who are not slim but they are spoty and healthy . Feeling good about yourself means being healthy .

Я делала упрожнение и ела здоровую пищу все свою жизнь но я не стройная.У меня правельный вес. Я еще расту и мой вес возможно изменится когда я выросту. я знаю если ты младще 16 это опасно держать диету. Это является более важным что бы быть здоровым не важно то что я зная некоторых стройных девушек которые регулярно не делают упрожнения и я знаю много людей которые не стройные но они в спортивной форме и здоровы.Хорошо чувствовать себя это значит быть здоровым.
