Погода была прохладной и неустойчивой, поэтому почти весь месяц я провел дома, занимаясь чтением книг по химии. Но скоро лето вернулось, и в конце июля я смог пойти в парк и позагорать вместе с друзьями. Нам было очень весело. В августе я с родителями уехал в Наро-Фоминск навестить бабушку. Моя бабушка приготовила нам вкусные пирожки. Я надеюсь, что когда-нибудь я научусь готовить также как она. Август выдался очень жарким, и мне казалось, что я не доживу до начала учебного года. За неделю до начала учебы, я с родителями вернулся домой. Так прошли мои летние каникулы

My summer holidays
This summer my holidays began in July after passing all my exams. The weather was cool and changeable, so I spent the whole/the entire month reading books on Chemistry at home. But soon summer came back and at the end of July I could go to the park and sunbathe with my friends. We had a lot of fun. In August I went with my parents to Naro-Fominsk to visit my grandmother. My grandmother cooked delicious pies for us.I hope one day I will learn how to cook as well as she does. August was very hot and it seemed to me that I wouldn't live/survive till the beginning of the school year. One week before my studies/one week before school started I came back home with my parents. So,my summer holidays are over/have passed.( that's how I've spent my summer holidays).

My summer vacation This summer my vacation started in July, after passing all my exams. The weather was cool and unstable, so I spent almost the entire month at home, reading books on chemistry. But soon summer returned, and at the end of July I was able to go to the park and sunbathe with friends. We had a lot of fun. In August, I went with my parents to Naro-Fominsk to visit my grandmother. My grandmother cooked delicious pies for us. I hope that someday I will learn to cook as well as she does. August was very hot, and I felt like I wouldn't make it to the start of the school year. A week before the start of classes, I returned home with my parents. That's how my summer vacation went.
