I would like to start my short essay with a phrase
that completely determines it: "War never changes...".
And it never was black and white.
As we know, it's true: wars have been fought and maintained since the first man.
The reasons, as always: dominance over territory,
religious hatred, sometimes it was for honor of the individual rulers,
sometimes for the glory and freedom of motherland and sometimes even
for the global domination.
These reasons will remain forever in the history of mankind.
Whether they have changed by the time? Definitely.
Now the root cause is getting power, money and resources. In such cases,
the main word is "MORE".
Now the War has become faceless, its true heroes are innocent victims,
and its leaders often act in the role of executioners. So yes, they definetely have changed in
the course of world history.
And just like in any other war, causes of the war in the
East of Ukraine are not so obvious.
According to the position of Ukraine, the reason is Russia's aggression
and the incitement of separatist attitudes in Ukraine. According to the
position of the insurgents: the strengthening of nationalism, with the support
of oligarchic capital, the rejection of the Central government to consider
the interests of the South-East of Ukraine.
And just like the causes, there're no definite ways to put an end to this conflict.
Easily at least. Obviously, it have to be started with a normal diplomatic talk.
Maybe it needs to change something in an already existing conversation.
Something specific in the positions of the sides. But I may assure you that this
is a theme for thousands essai.
As for the UN in this matter, I believe that since there is such an organization
that was created for peace in the world, it is necessary to focus all efforts on
achieving the initial objectives. Not just dance to someone else's tune,
sitting in warm and comfortable offices.
But now unfortunately little is being done.
And for now it is war that as we know never changes.

И так же, как и в любой другой войне, причины войны на
Востоке Украины не столь очевидны.
Согласно позиции Украины, причиной является агрессия России
и разжигание сепаратистских настроений в Украине. Согласно
позиции повстанцев: усиление национализма при поддержке
олигархического капитала, отказ центральной власти учитывать
интересы Юго-Востока Украины.
И так же, как причины, нет определенного способа, чтобы положить конец этому конфликту.
