Первым свидетелем был Шляпник. В одной руке он держал чашку,а в другой -- бутерброд с маслом.
"Мне жаль",сказал он,"но я ещё не допил чай."

"Четырнадцатого марта",ответил Шляпник.
"Отрубить ему голову!",закричала Королева.

"Но я не хочу выходить",сказала Алиса.
"Отрубить ей голову!",вскричала Королева.
"Мне всё равно!",сказала Алиса."Вы всего лишь колода карт!"
Вся колода закружилась в воздухе и полетела в лицо Алисе. Она вскрикнула и попыталась их отогнать. Внезапно она оказалась у реки,рядом с сестрой. На лице она обнаружила облетевшую листву.
"Ты проснулась,Алиса?",спросила сестра."Как долго ты спала!"
"Это был очень странный сон!",ответила Алиса.
Она рассказала сестре о всём том,что видела,о необычных людях,с которыми встречалась в своём сне.

Despite their claims, Alice refused to leave. In response, the Queen demanded, "Cut off her head!" However, Alice defiantly stated, "I don't care! You're just a pack of cards!" Suddenly, the entire pack of cards flew up into the air and came rushing towards Alice's face. She let out a small scream and tried to push them away. In an instant, she found herself by the river, next to her sister, with dead leaves on her face.

Her sister asked if she was awake, remarking on her long sleep. Alice replied, "Oh! I had such a strange dream!" She proceeded to tell her sister about all the funny things she saw and the unusual people she encountered in her dream. Her sister commented, "That was a strange and wonderful dream!" and suggested that it was time for tea.
