Last Sunday morning we went to church with my family. After that we came back (вернулись) home and had lunch. Then we tidied up the flat.(Убирались в квартире)  My mother did the ironing and my father washed the floor.(мыл пол) I helped him.

I ventured into the kitchen and whipped up a delicious spread of scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and toasted bread. The aroma filled the house, and I could hear my parents stirring from their slumber.

As they entered the kitchen, their faces lit up with surprise and delight. They couldn't believe their eyes! I had set the table with fresh flowers, their favorite mugs, and a variety of spreads and condiments. It was a small gesture, but it meant the world to them.

While they enjoyed their breakfast, I took the opportunity to help with some household chores. I cleaned the living room, dusted the furniture, and vacuumed the carpets. My parents were thrilled to see the house looking so tidy and organized.

Afterwards, I spent some time with my mom in the garden. We worked together to prune the plants and water the flowers. It was a peaceful and therapeutic activity, and it allowed us to bond and catch up on each other's lives.

In the afternoon, my dad asked for my assistance with a DIY project he had been working on. We spent a few hours in the garage, hammering, sawing, and assembling various pieces. It was incredible to see the project take shape, and I was proud to contribute to its completion.

Overall, it was a fulfilling Sunday morning spent at home. I had the opportunity to surprise and help both my mom and dad, making their day a little brighter. It was a wonderful way to show my love and appreciation for them, and I cherished every moment we spent together.
