To describe these events using the present perfect tense, we can use the auxiliary verb "have" or "has" followed by the past participle form of the verb. The present perfect tense is used to talk about actions or events that started in the past and have a connection to the present.

The children have gone to London.

The use of "have gone" indicates that the action of going to London happened in the past, but there is a connection to the present. The children are currently in London or have recently returned from London.

The tour has started at Hyde Park in the morning.

The use of "has started" indicates that the action of starting the tour happened in the past, but there is a connection to the present. The tour is currently ongoing or has recently ended.

The children have fed the ducks and squirrels there.

The use of "have fed" indicates that the action of feeding the ducks and squirrels happened in the past, but there is a connection to the present. The children may have recently fed the ducks and squirrels or have just finished doing so.

They have taken photos of Trafalgar Square.

The use of "have taken" indicates that the action of taking photos of Trafalgar Square happened in the past, but there is a connection to the present. The photos may have been taken recently or have just been taken.

The next stop has been the British Museum.

The use of "has been" indicates that the action of the next stop being the British Museum happened in the past, but there is a connection to the present. The children may have recently visited the British Museum or have just finished doing so.

They have also visited the Tower of London.

The use of "have visited" indicates that the action of visiting the Tower of London happened in the past, but there is a connection to the present. The children may have recently visited the Tower of London or have just finished doing so.

The children have listened to the famous bell Big Ben.

The use of "have listened" indicates that the action of listening to the famous bell Big Ben happened in the past, but there is a connection to the present. The children may have recently listened to Big Ben or have just finished doing so.

In the evening, they have been very tired.

The use of "have been" indicates that the state of being very tired happened in the past, but there is a connection to the present. The children may still be tired or have recently recovered from being tired.

Please note that the present perfect tense can also be used to talk about past actions or events that have an impact on the present. In this case, the focus is on the completion of the action or event rather than the connection to the present.
