She borrows my things all the time, and she never gives them back. And when she gives them back, there's usually something wrong with them. It's getting really annoying. It was on and she wasn't in her room. She was in the middle of a chatroom conversation with her best friend. She was explaining that she knew the dress was too small for me but she bought it anyway. She just needed something to wear to Andy's party! I haven't spoken to her about it because she gets angry when I look at her laptop. In my opinion, what she did was really bad. What should I do?
