If you want to keep your fit you must eat healthy, you must keep healthy lifestyle, you mustn't eat junk food and don't use alcohol, cigarettes, and drugs! You should do sport every mornings and keep your breakfast strong and healthy. Video Games is not way to be healthy and keep fit !
