If young people stand up tall and straight it helps them to feel more confident about themselves. It also builds fitness and makes you strong. So it helps teenagers have energy and to feel fit too. One of the best things about yoga, though, is that it helps combat stress because it works to control breathing. Being able to control your breathing is very relaxing.
