Last weekend, I had a pretty busy schedule. In the afternoon, I decided to catch up on some household chores that I had been putting off. I did a deep clean of my apartment and reorganized some of my belongings. It was a productive way to spend my time, and I felt accomplished afterwards.

As for cooking, I tried out a new recipe that I had been wanting to make for a while. I cooked a delicious roasted chicken with a variety of herbs and spices. It turned out to be a big hit with my family when we had dinner together. The preparation took some time, but the end result was definitely worth it.

Unfortunately, I was not able to visit my parents last weekend. They live in a different city, and due to some prior commitments, I couldn't make the trip.
