Personally, I'm not a vegetarian. I prefer to have a larger variety in food selection. I'm against the idea to restrict myself from eating specific foods. Plus, it'd be devastating for me to give up eating meat. That's because I'm extremely underweight. I don't want to ruin my health further. Eating only vegetarian food isn't really nourishing. It would affect me in a negative way. Adding up to that, why would I stop eating what I like the most? I don't want to deprive myself of this tasty experience. Also, my family is totally not vegetarian. I don't want to bother them with cooking vegetarian meals specifically for me.

Sure, here's a discussion with statements from Exercise 6 to help explain the reasons behind someone's dietary choices:
Person A: I love dishes with chicken (Statement 1), but I'm a vegetarian.
Person B: Really? Why is that? Isn't it difficult to find vegetarian products in the shops (Statement 3)?
Person A: Well, it used to be a bit challenging, but it's getting easier to find vegetarian options now. I became a vegetarian because I believe that killing animals is wrong (Statement 2).
Person C: I used to eat a lot of meat (Statement 4) and thought that meat was both tasty and good for you (Statement 5). But I've also reduced my meat intake.
Person D: That's interesting. I reduced my meat consumption too, not because I think meat isn't tasty or good for you but because I've learned about the environmental impact of meat production. It's quite significant.
Person A: Some people think that people who don't eat meat get ill easily (Statement 6), but that's a misconception. There are plenty of nutritious vegetarian and vegan foods available.
Person B: That's true, but I also heard that vegetarian food isn't very filling (Statement 7). How do you deal with that?
Person A: You can have filling meals with beans, lentils, and whole grains. Besides, it's a matter of finding the right balance and variety in your diet.
Person C: And for me, it's against my religion to eat meat (Statement 8). So, my choice is deeply tied to my faith.
Person D: So, it seems that each of us has different reasons for our dietary choices, whether it's ethical, environmental, or cultural. It's a personal decision, after all.
Person A: Absolutely, and it's good to have a variety of options and perspectives when it comes to food choices.
