The world climate is obviously changing and we can say that it becomes much hotter year to year.
Speaking about Belarus we should mention that it has a temperate climate but sometimes it can be rather hot in summer.
Usually, average summer temperatures range from +17 C to +25 C, but there were some really hot summers as one in 2010 when temperature was even as high as +39 C.Some recent years have also been rather hot and people preferred to go to the lakes or rivers.Such weather is pleasant and people can swim, sunbathe or just relax in the sun.During hot days thunderstorms or hurricanes may happen, especially in the afternoon or in the evening.I can say that in general the climate is mild, pleasant and everybody is happy when the days are warm, because they are never too hot.
According to my own experience Belarus is still a rather cold country and it's very difficult to write about its heat)
I visited it in June and the weather was cool if not cold.
We had to wear jackets and jeans, though in the southern parts of the country it was a bit warmer.

The summer heat in Belarus can be quite intense, with temperatures often soaring above 30 degrees Celsius. The hot weather typically starts in June and lasts until August. During this time, the sun shines brightly, and the days are long, allowing for plenty of time to enjoy outdoor activities.

The heat affects various aspects of daily life in Belarus. People often seek refuge from the scorching sun by staying indoors or finding shade under trees. Air conditioning is essential in homes, offices, and public spaces to provide relief from the oppressive heat.

The high temperatures also impact agriculture and farming in the country. Crops require adequate water supply and careful attention to prevent them from drying out. Farmers work diligently to ensure their fields are irrigated properly to sustain their crops in the blistering heat.

The heatwave in Belarus also affects the overall health and well-being of its residents. It is crucial to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water and avoiding prolonged exposure to the sun. The government and health organizations often issue warnings and provide guidelines on how to stay safe during extreme heat conditions.

Despite the challenges posed by the intense summer heat, Belarusians find ways to enjoy the season. Many people head to lakes, rivers, and swimming pools to cool off and relax. Outdoor festivals and events are also popular during this time, offering a chance to socialize and enjoy the warm weather.

In conclusion, the summer heat in Belarus can be relentless, impacting various aspects of daily life. However, with proper precautions and adaptations, people in Belarus find ways to enjoy the season and make the most of the beautiful weather.
