My favorite dish is called dolma.to prepare dolma, you will not need many ingredients.Ingredients for cooking:

minced meat (lamb minced meat is recommended)500-600 g

herbs, basil, mint, dill, cilantro-, in a small bunch

onion (medium or large)4-5 pieces

round-grain rice 4-6 tbsp. l

freshly ground black pepper,salt-to taste (I like salty dolma)

garlic-4-6 cloves

and that's it.Sour cream, mayonnaise or natural yogurt (gatyg) is recommended on the surface of the dolma

all the ingredients are mixed in a bowl and all this is carefully wrapped in grape leaves according to the rule you can't imagine the taste of dolma, Dolma is just an amazing delicious dish!
