I train in the morning, when I wake up, I do light exercises. I can still train in physical education class. There we run and also exercise! Those who go to dances, such as hip-hop and others, know that there we also warm up by doing various exercises, dancing our body trains. And so it can be repeated day after day. When we constantly do something, then we will be in shape. Our health will improve and so will our muscles! Therefore, you should train every day, regardless of whether it is difficult or not!

When you are exercising, your body undergoes a series of physiological changes and responses to meet the increased demands placed on it. These changes are essential for supporting and sustaining physical activity. Here's what happens to the body during exercise:

  1. Increased Heart Rate: As soon as you start exercising, your heart rate increases to pump more blood to your muscles, providing them with oxygen and nutrients needed for energy production.

  2. Increased Breathing Rate: Your respiratory rate also increases to take in more oxygen and remove carbon dioxide, which is produced as a waste product of energy metabolism.

  3. Muscle Contraction: Your muscles contract and work to produce movement. This requires the utilization of stored energy sources, such as glycogen and fat, to generate ATP (adenosine triphosphate), the body's primary energy currency.

  4. Sweating: To regulate body temperature and prevent overheating, you begin to sweat. Sweating helps dissipate heat through the process of evaporative cooling.

  5. Elevation of Blood Pressure: Your blood pressure may increase temporarily as your heart pumps blood more vigorously to deliver oxygen and nutrients to working muscles.

  6. Release of Endorphins: Exercise triggers the release of endorphins, which are natural chemicals in the brain that reduce pain perception and create feelings of euphoria and well-being. This is often referred to as the "runner's high."

  7. Improved Coordination and Balance: With regular exercise, your nervous system adapts and becomes more efficient at coordinating muscle movements and maintaining balance.

  8. Increased Oxygen Consumption: Your body's oxygen consumption, known as VO2 max, increases during exercise, reflecting the maximum amount of oxygen your body can use to produce energy.

  9. Metabolism Boost: Exercise increases your metabolic rate, which means you burn more calories even when at rest. This can aid in weight management.

  10. Muscle Adaptation: Over time, with regular exercise, your muscles adapt by becoming stronger and more endurance-oriented through processes like hypertrophy (muscle growth) and increased mitochondrial density.

  11. Improved Circulation: Exercise enhances blood circulation, which can contribute to better cardiovascular health and the delivery of nutrients to various parts of the body.

  12. Stress Reduction: Exercise can help reduce stress by promoting the release of neurotransmitters like serotonin and reducing the levels of stress hormones like cortisol.

  13. Improved Bone Density: Weight-bearing exercises can increase bone density, reducing the risk of osteoporosis.

  14. Enhanced Lung Function: Regular cardiovascular exercise can improve lung capacity and efficiency.

  15. Enhanced Immune Function: Moderate exercise can boost the immune system by promoting the circulation of immune cells throughout the body.

It's important to note that the specific responses to exercise can vary depending on the type, intensity, and duration of the activity, as well as an individual's fitness level and health status. Regular exercise has numerous health benefits, including improved cardiovascular health, increased strength and endurance, weight management, and mental well-being. It is essential to consult with a healthcare professional before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have underlying medical conditions or are unaccustomed to physical activity.
