1. Benson will drive you home unless it is too late.
Бенсон отвезет тебя домой, если не будет слишком поздно

(после unless (если не) не используют отрицания (уходят варианты c)d)) и так как это придаточное предложение условия, то в нем нельзя использовать будущее время (уходит вариант b)). Остается вариант а)


2. Although Sam tried hard, he  couldn’t  get to the station on time.

Хотя Сэм очень старался, он не смог (couldn’t ) добраться до станции вовремя 

Требуется прошедшее время глагола can в отрицательной форме. Вариант d)

3. There’s nothing like travel by air. It’s far  quicker than any other method.

Путешествие самолетом ни на что не похоже. Это намного быстрее, чем любой другой способ

Требуется сравнительная степень прилагательного, так как есть слово than – «чем» . Вариант а)
