Sport helps a man to be in a good physical form, and in addition he brings up character and will-power. Going in for sports assist strengthening of health. Even the simple charging in the morning under favourite music charges energy on all day. I always loved active entertainments. How many of itself I remember, always played various movable games. And got unbelievable pleasure from it! Therefore parents wrote down me on table tennis. It is a very interesting type of sport, in that it is necessary to show a rapid reaction, good co-ordination of motions, concentration. When I play, it takes me wholly! I like this type of sport, because there are not overloads in him, co-ordination, endurance and force of muscles.
