Good health is better than the best medecine. If you want to be healthy and keep fit, you are to follow some advice.
You should eat different food to get all the important elements for healthy growing. There are four food groups. They help you in different ways. The first group, fruit and vegetables, help your eyes, skin and teeth. The second group, dairy products, are good for your teeth and bones. The third group, meat and fish, help to build up your body. The fourth group, bread and cereal, give you energy. If a peson doesn't eat helthy food, he can easily catch an illness.
There is nothing more unpleasant than to be ill. "Good health is above wealth!"
So, it's up to you to make the right choise
