Healthy food is very important for our lives, but some people do not understand it and it is very bad. I am glad there are some of them? who know it`s importance.

Lots of my classmates and friends like eating fastfood. I always tell them, that it is unhealthy and they need to stop living this way. Why it is so unhealthy? Some of my friends ask me this question and now I will answer it.

Lets take Coca Cola for example. I think, every teenager likes it. Its unhealthiness is in the huge ampunt of sugar in it, and as we know - sugar is bad for our body. Also we can talk about hamburgers. There are so much calories in them, that it is the same as you eat 3 bowls of rice or 2 kilos of natural apples.

All this fastfood is very unhealthy and if you want to live long life without any health problems, you need to eat only healthy, natural and organic food.
