Certainly! I can help you understand how to use different tenses in English to talk about different situations in the past, present, and future.

  1. Past Simple: This tense is used to talk about something that is true or happened in the past.

    • Example: I lived in London (in the past).
    • Example: The Earth was round (in the past).
    • Example: You were twenty (in the past).
  2. Present Simple: This tense is used to talk about something that is true in the present, happens regularly, or is a general truth.

    • Example: I live in London (currently).
    • Example: The Earth is round (always true).
    • Example: You're twenty (currently).
  3. Future Simple: This tense is used to talk about something that will happen in the future.

    • Example: I will live in London (in the future).
    • Example: The Earth will still be round (in the future).
    • Example: You will turn twenty (in the future).

Remember that the choice of tense depends on the specific time frame you want to refer to in your sentence.

  • Use past simple for things that happened in the past.
  • Use present simple for things that are generally true or happen regularly in the present.
  • Use future simple for things that will happen in the future.

If you have specific sentences or questions about using these tenses, please feel free to ask!
