Я живу в москве. В городе очень много мусора. Проблема отходов стала сегодня одной из самых важных экологических проблем. Вынося из дома мусор, мы редко задумываемся о том, что же с ним происходит дальше. А происходит вот что: в Россиибытовые отходы, в основном, вывозятся на полигоны или попросту – свалки. По статистике, каждый из нас отправляет на свалку примерно 400 кг мусора в год. Свалки неэффективны в борьбе со всё более возрастающим объемом отходов, кроме того, выделяя вредные вещества, они наносят немалый вред окружающей среде и здоровью человека. Научившись правильно обращаться с бытовыми отходами и не допуская бездумного потребления природных ресурсов, каждый из нас может хотя бы немного улучшить окружающую среду.  

Что же конкретно каждый человек может сделать для того, чтобы уменьшить количество мусора на нашей планете? Главные принципы борьбы с отходами, по мнению ученых, следующие: не производить лишниймусор; вторично использовать ставшие ненужными вещи; сдавать вторсырье на переработку.

I live in Moscow. There is a lot of garbage in the city. The problem of waste has become one of the most important environmental problems today. Taking out the garbage from the house, we rarely think about what happens to it next. And what happens is this: in Russia, Household waste is mainly exported to landfills or simply landfills. According to statistics, each of us sends about 400 kg of garbage to the landfill per year. Landfills are ineffective in dealing with the ever-increasing volume of waste, in addition, releasing harmful substances, they cause considerable harm to the environment and human health. By learning how to properly handle household waste and avoiding mindless consumption of natural resources, each of us can at least slightly improve the environment.

What exactly can each person do to reduce the amount of garbage on our planet? The main principles of waste management, according to scientists, are as follows: do not produce excess garbage; re-use things that have become unnecessary; hand over recyclable materials for recycling.
