I would like to be a volunteer because​.They are engaged in voluntary socially useful activities, help, carry out fundraising, provide some services. The volunteer work is huge and quite hard. And more weight is added to it when you realize that the volunteers do all this without counting on a monetary reward, to pay for their work.

Basically, volunteering = altruistic activity. That is why I admire such a movement.

Who needs volunteers? Yes, to anyone. Many charities are in need of volunteers 24/7. There are also volunteer organizations, festivals, promotions, and other events. The UN is trying to improve the situation in many third world countries by assembling a large team of philanthropists who go to their destination for a certain period of time and try to help there.

And if the first volunteers were soldiers, and then the volunteers were used for recruitment and mobilization, now the volunteer is 100% a messenger of peace. Regardless of whether the volunteer is an assistant, manager, or provides direct assistance – he is always on the side of peace and well-being of a person's life.

Они занимаются добровольческой общественно полезной деятельностью, помогают, осуществляют фандрайзинг, предоставляют какие-то услуги. Волонтерский труд огромен и довольно тяжелый. И больше тяжести на него складывается, когда понимаешь, что волонтеры делают все это без расчета на денежное вознаграждение, на оплату их труда.

По сути, волонтерская деятельность = альтруистическая деятельность. Именно поэтому подобное движение вызывает у меня восхищение.  

Кому нужны волонтеры? Да кому угодно. Многие благотворительные организации в режиме 24/7 нуждаются в волонтерах. Есть также организации добровольческой деятельности, фестивали, акции и прочие мероприятия. ООН пытается улучшить ситуацию во многих странах «третьего мира» при помощи сбора большой команды филантропов, которые отправляются по месту назначения на определенный срок и пытаются там помочь.  

И если первыми волонтерами были солдаты, а потом волонтеры использовались для вербовки и мобилизации, то теперь волонтер на все 100% является посланником мира. Вне зависимости от того, является ли волонтер помощником, менеджером, оказывает прямую помощь – он всегда на стороне мира и благополучия жизни человека.
