Also I reckon, that humiliating a woman is a very impolite and barbaric thing. Providing work only for certain characteristics, «female vices» is brutal. Therefore, it's stupid to drive yourself and others into the framework of stereotypes, even if gender work is conditional.
Fortunately, now in many countries there are laws on ensuring equal rights and there is only talk about gender work and inequality. But that's just talk....
