1. just has stroken (just - действие завершилось только что)

2. they have been building(всё ещё строят)

3. have known (должно было P.P. progressive, но к глаголу know нельзя добавлять -ing, в результате чего предложение преобразуется в present perfect)

4. has spent (already - уже, действие было закончено к какому-то времени)

5. i have been working, I haven't finished yet (всё ещё работает с 6 часов)

6. i have been reading (всё ещё читает)

7. she has learnt (она выучила со 2-формы)

8. has been waiting (друг ещё не пришёл, значит он все ещё ждёт)

Рассмотрим отличия между ними:

Present perfect - настоящее завершенное время недавно, только что, уже, к какому-то времени

Present perfect progressive - действие началось в прошлом - оно и сейчас длится, и в будущем может продлится:
