На мою думку, життя без телефону зараз неможливе, проте, потрібно досить часто робити перерву від гаджетів. Я вирішила провести день без мобільного телефону. Мені він вже набрид, у ньому немає нічого цікавого. Я прокинулась і вирішила приготувати на сніданок щось смачненьке. Рецепт я шукала не в телефоні, а в маминій книзі рецептів.
Я приготувала млинці, вони вийшли дуже смачними. Після сніданку я привела себе в порядок і прибрала на кухні та в своїй кімнаті. Іноді мені кортіло взяти телефон та подивитись новини світу, але я стримувала себе.
Коли я їжджу зранку на велосипеді, то слухаю музику в навушниках. У мене є свій спеціальний світанковий плейлист на телефоні. Він допомагає мені налаштуватися на зйомку, зануритись у потрібний настрій. Сьогодні без нього менш комфортно – доводиться слухати шум міста. Хоча інколи мені це також подобається.

When I ride my bike in the morning, I listen to music with headphones. I have my special dawn playlist on my phone. He helps me adjust to the shooting, immerse myself in the right mood.
