Nowadays, our health is the most important thing in our life, because without it we don't need money and other stuff,which people desire so much.Therefore, habits are crucial in order to keep a healthy body and mind, which is really important, because a healthy lifestyle gives us energy and comfort.Moreover, food also has a big inflluence on our life.For instance, if you eat fast-food and drink coke,fanta etc, you gain weight really fast and it can cause a lot of health problems.But if you eat fruits,vegetables,fish and other healty food, you feel much better and your body and mind will definetely say thank you.

Personally, I prefer sports like basketball,football, which I try to practice twice a weak.Some recommendations on how to keep fit are to eat healthy,to practise sports, to have an active lifestyle and to not forget how important health is.
