1. People care about healthy way of life nowadays because they understand reasons why they need to embrace a healthy lifestyle today:
They will live longer. By eating healthy food and taking care of their bodies they will add up to their overall health and well-being, their immune system will get better, they will suffer less from diseases and colds and they will have much more energy to do the things they love. Exercising can reduce stress and anxiety that comes from different areas of their life and they need to focus more on their own health and body. People will have a greater appearance, glowing skin and hair and they'll look fitter.
They will look happier. By reducing stress and anxiety, their mood will improve and they will have much more happiness and excitement in their life. Being healthy from inside and looking amazing from outside will definitely increase their emotional state and they will start living a happy and confident life.
When you start feeling good about your body, you become a much more confident person every time you look at yourself in the mirror. When you look good outside, you start feeling amazing inside too and that can be seen in all different areas of your life- at home, at school, at your work and when you are out with friends.
They will inspire other people and become a role model. When you start feeling great about yourself and your body there is no way you cannot motivate other people around you to do the same. When you are so full of life, excitement and confidence, other people will look at you as their role model and will be inspired to take care of themselves too. Each time you are going to the gym or including a healthy snack in your diet you are giving an example and encouraging others to do the same.
They will look younger. They will be full of energy because nutritional diet, enough exercise and sleep are the key ingredients in maintaining a balanced life. Eliminating junk food from your plate can have a huge influence on how your skin and hair look like. That’s why-you need to have daily healthy habits if you want to maintain a fit body.
3. Healthy food, exercising, meditation, yoga are all incredible things people can include in their everyday life in order to start seeing results in their attitude towards the outside world and bring more optimism and positive around themselves. To stay healthy people can practise a different kind of sport and create other healthy habits such as going to bed earlier, drinking herbal tea, reducing fat and caffeine, eating more green vegetables, etc. They must create good habits in order to live a healthier and happier lifestyle. As for me, I do morning exercises, play basketball, volleyball, go swimming and eat healthy food.
4. Sport is a part of my everyday life.
5. Sport is popular in my family. Every time we go to the picnic we take a ball to play volleyball. When we go to the river or to the sea, we play beach basketball. Sometimes we go to play tennis. My parents try to
do sports regularly.

Regular physical activity can improve your muscle strength. Exercise helps your heart and lung health improve, you have more energy to do your work.
Regular physical activity promotes better sleep, it can help you fall asleep faster, get better sleep and deepen your sleep. Just don't exercise too close to bedtime, or you may be too energized to go to sleep.
Exercise and physical activity can be enjoyable. They give you a chance to enjoy the outdoors activity or simply engage in activities that make you happy. Physical activity can be fun and social, it helps you connect with family or friends.
7. I know such bad habits as focusing on the negative, complaining, being rude and disrespectful to others - people will stop communicate with you; leaving things to the last minute- you will always be short in time; lying - people will stop trusting you; watching too much TV or spending too much time in the Internet - you will spoil your eyesight, bad hygiene, eating junk food, stress eating - leads to stomach problems; nail biting - is unhygienic, leads to dental problems and stomach problems; drinking much alcohol, smoking- they cause brain problems, liver, heart diseases, different kinds of cancer and are the leading causes of preventable death globally.
