I go jogging two or three times a week and I play volleyball twice a week. Sometimes I also ride my bicycle or go roller-skating.

My diet consists of such kinds of food as fruit, vegetables, dairy, grains, meat, and fish. It is called a balanced diet.
5 What makes you feel stressed?
I think it is mostly my school examinations and sometimes my homework. Sometimes I feel stressed because of my social relationships with friends.
