 I. Найдите позитивные и негативные черты характера: (в списке)

•  Positive traits of character: Confident, ambitious, cheerful, reserved, well-mannered, bright, just, imaginative, honest.

  1) All my friends are good people. They can always support me and come to the rescue in difficult times. Our company is very open and sociable, and we do not often find new people, since we are used to each other. In addition, my friends are very responsive and help me when necessary, and, of course, I try to help them in return. (Все мои друзья хорошие люди. Они всегда могут поддержать меня и прийти на помощь в трудную минуту. Наша компания очень открыта и общительна, и мы не часто находим новых людей, так как мы привыкли друг к другу. Кроме того, мои друзья очень отзывчивы и помогают мне, когда это необходимо, и, конечно, я стараюсь помочь им в ответ)

  2) The Ukrainian nation is my native home, and there is a very diverse culture and people. Ukrainians have their own traditional dishes, such as borsch, dumplings or cabbage rolls. For Ukrainians, the homeland and relatives are very important, and they respect their freedom and independence. As a nation, Ukrainians never attacked first, did not start wars. Independence Day of Ukraine is celebrated on August 24 and is the main national holiday. Дальше не хватает места.

II. Qualities important for different goals:

1. To become successful in life: Ambition, confidence, resilience, determination, adaptability.
2. To become skillful at a job: Diligence, passion, willingness to learn, attention to detail, perseverance.
3. To get along with others easily: Empathy, good communication skills, openness, cooperation, tolerance.
4. To be respected by people: Integrity, honesty, reliability, humility, leadership.

III. Conversation: A: How many people are there in your family? B: There are five people in my family.

A: What is your mother like in terms of character? B: My mother is cheerful and well-mannered.

A: Is your father an optimistic person? B: Yes, my father is an optimistic person.

A: Does your sister/brother have a serious nature? B: No, my sister/brother has a cheerful nature.

A: What about your grandparents? B: My grandparents are reserved but just.

IV. Speaking about a topic:

• My friend's character: I have a friend who is very ambitious and hardworking. He is always striving to achieve his goals and is never afraid to take on challenges. He is also very imaginative and creative, which makes him stand out in his field of interest. Overall, his character traits contribute to his success and make him an inspiring person to be around.
