I was walking home from the shops when I saw a snake on the path. I stopped and watched it for a while. It didn't see me. I took a step towards it, and it slithered away. I followed it into the bushes. Furthermore, I lost sight of it, so I started to look for it. Suddenly, I felt something touch my leg. I looked down and saw the snake wrapped around my leg. I froze. Likewise, I knew if I moved, it would bite me. I thought about what to do. Then I remembered that snakes are afraid of fire. I took my lighter out of my pocket and turned it on. The flame scared the snake, and it let go of my leg and slithered away. I was lucky to escape without being bitten.

Anna had always been a careful driver, but one night on her way home from work, she found herself in a dangerous situation. As she approached a red light, she noticed a car speeding towards her. She honked her horn to alert the other driver, who swerved just in time to miss her.

Feeling shaken, Anna drove through the intersection when the light turned green. But as she crossed the road, she saw headlights coming at her again. This time, the car was out of control and skidding towards her. Anna hit the gas and narrowly avoided being hit a second time.

Finally, she made it home safely, heart racing and hands shaking. She was grateful to have escaped unharmed, and she realized just how lucky she had been. From that day on, Anna made a promise to always pay attention to her surroundings and never take her safety for granted.
