Насколько мне известно, главное изменение,которое позволяет нам пользоваться большим пальцем,это кость-трапеция в запястье,что позволяет большому пальцу быть относительно очень сильным и позволяет "обхватывать"предметы.
Ещё и изменение размеров костей пальцев.
