По статистике курильщики живут на 10 - 20 лет меньше чем другие люди без вредных привычек.
Многие подростки думают что это круто и повышает их рейтинг среди сверстников. Но это не так! Люди шарахаются от тех, от кого пахнет табаком и табачной смолой.
Курящих люди оправдывают себя тем, что курение снимает стресс и успокаивает. Но это не так! Курение наоборот повышает стресс, от чего во время курения болит и кружится голова.
Если не хотите попасться на крючок, ни в коем случае не соглашайтесь попробовать «всего лишь раз». За одной затяжкой следует одна сигарета, за одной сигаретой следует одна пачка, за одной пачкой следует зависимость и медленная смерть.
