К числу внешних факторов я бы отнесла: 1 Наличие спорных территорий (политический), 2 социально-политическую и экономическую нестабильность в государствах ( думаю это и экономический, и политический и социальный факторы.)  3 Наличие религиозных разногласий и конфликтов между гражданами (духовный),4 Плохой контроль выезда и въезда в стране (политич), 5 Конфликты между населением, националистические конфликты (социальные), 6 Развитие новых технологий в определенных областях, способствующих росту терроризма ( технологические)

К числу внутренних факторов: 1 Возможность лёгкого приобретения различного оружия в стране.(возможно экономический) , 2 Большая миграция граждан других стран(социальная, может политическая) , 3  обостренное чувство социальной неустроенности, незащищенности у значительного контингента граждан (социальная), 4  Наростание настроения отчаяния и рост социальной агрессивности, а так же падение авторитета власти и закона, веры в способность и возможность позитивных изменений (социальный), 4 утрата многими людьми идеологических и духовных жизненных ориентиров либо наоборот их обострение (социальный,духовный), 5 Большая пропаганда (кино, телевидение, пресса и др.) культа жестокости и силы.( Социальная, духовная)
