Основные гражданские и политические права личности имеют более длительную историю возникновения и существования, чем другие категории прав и свобод человека.В связи с этим их нормативное содержание, как правило, весьма четко и определенно. Однако иногда эту категорию прав и свобод человека называют негативной в том смысле, что государство здесь, в отличии, например, от обеспечения социально-экономических прав не обязано предпринимать какие-либо положительные действия для их обеспечения, а, наоборот, должно воздерживаться от посягательства на эти права и свободы.То есть, другими словами, можно сказать, что гражданские и политические права человека - это свободы человека от государства.На мой взгляд, именно проблема гражданских прав и свобод человека - наиболее сложная, противоречивая и значимая в современном обществе.Так как действие гражданских и политических прав, в отличие от иных социальных сфер, должно осуществляться путем воздержания от посягательства государства на провозглашенные права и свободы личности, то также острой проблемой является должное обеспечение соответствующего состояния политической и правовой системы, которое гарантировало бы соблюдение отдельных гражданских и политических прав.Именно, в связи с актуальностью данной проблемы в настоящее время, мне хотелось бы немного подробнее рассмотреть ряд гражданских и политических прав и свобод современного человека.
