Ну не знаю...
Иногда страх бывает полезен, он защищает нас от опасности например: если ты боишься разговаривать с незнакомцами, то в принципе ты не подвергаешь себя опасности, а если бы ты не боялся разговаривать с незнакомцами, то ты бы разговаривал со всяким встречным-поперечным и был бы большая вероятность подвергнуть себя опасности...
