Решил отдохнуть от всего. Взял всё необходимое и пошёл в поле. Разостлал плед, лёг. Смотрю в небо. Оно было чисто, как лист бумаги.
Время от времени надо мной пролетали птицы, а потом подул ветер и пригнал белоснежные, точно из ваты облака. Они были и мелкие, точно лоскулок тряпочки или большие, как белое полотнище. Они мчались и мчались в сторону запада. И вот, ветер затих, небо вновь чисто, ни облачка.
Наступил вечер, солнце стало садиться. Небо как будто скраю смешалось с розовым: одна сторона алая, переходящая в розовый, а вторая ещё голубая, а между ними сиреневая полоса. Красота!
Солнце совсем скрылось, небо стало темнеть... А вот и совсем синее-синее, почти чёрное. Начали появляться звезды, будто какой-то неаккуратных художник разбрызгал белую красочку. Со временем небесное полотнище почернело и стало полностью в звёздах.
Я полюбовался ещё пару часов, а затем встал, окинув взглядом купол со звёздами и поплелся домой.
Никогда бы не подумал, что небо может быть настолько прекрасным.
