Вот и посеяли они пшеницу. Созрела пшеница; мужик и говорит:

— Теперь ты что возьмёшь, Миша? Корешки или вершки?

— Нет, брат, меня уже не надуешь! Давай-ка мне корешки, а сам вершки бери.

Собрали мужик и медведь пшеницу и поделили. Мужик пшеницы намолотил, хлеба вкусного напёк, сидит — радуется, над медведем потешается.

А медведь опять ни с чем остался, злость его разобрала. Вот с тех пор и не дружат мужик с медведем. Какая тут дружба?!
