Герасим был сам по себе хорошим человеком ,но был у него один недостаток он был немым .ко всем он относился с добротой один раз даже влюбился , но её выдали за другого. А вот к хозяйке у него было не очень хорошие отношения. Ну она сама виновата. Всегда заставляла его что либо сделать. И даже утопила его собаку.
