Почему был изменен избирательный закон?

Предложение об изменении закона. Возник ввиду косности тех политических сил, которые есть сейчас. То есть это просто запросы общества, но во что эти изменения выльются сказать очень сложно. Проблема, которая является главной, это недоверие в справедливости выборов, сложности для большинства людей определить  честные ли эти выборы или нет.  Ещё большую путаницу и сумятицу вносят СМИ, которые после каждых выборов делятся на два лагеря и запутывают простых не осведомлённых, а порой и наивных людей сложными фразами.Тот же закон о политических партиях, который скоро могут принять объединяет в себе столько противоречий, что куда легче изменить ныне действующий. Ведь, скорее всего все его сначала поддержат, а потом по очереди уже после его принятия будут говорить: «ну мы же говорили, что закон сырой и принимать его нельзя». Спрашивается, а где вы раньше были? В общем, оставить как есть уже нельзя, тем более что менять собрались, только вот изменения эти опят могут оказаться плохими.
