Собственно славянские мифологические тексты почти не сохранились: религиозно-мифологическая целостность «язычества» была разрушена в период христианизации славян, и лишь сейчас удается собирать что то по крупицам, реконструируя и достраивая элементы Славянской мифологии на базе вторичных письменных, фольклорных и вещественных источников.
