Я считаю что нет, потому что разные взгляды: на роль государства в экономической жизни, на позицию по социальному вопросу и пути решения социальных проблем,на пределы индивидуальной свободы; но есть что схоже -это основные права и свободы граждан( т.е.  человек наделен всеми правами и свободами)
