Мне кажется, некоторые законы Хаммурапи были не справедливыми.Например:

Если раб (заметьте, он был не против рабов ,это уже не подходит для нашего времени) ударит человека (он ещё и считал раба не человеком!Вот точно не подходит) по щеке ,то рабу отрежут ухо. Честно больше не помню.

Некоторые законы частично годятся( Закон о том ,что если человек не отдаёт долг ,то его родственника забирают на службу, на 3 года),А некоторые и вовсе не годятся!(пример приведённый в первом вопросе).Но если быть честным , всё же его законы не годятся для нашего времени ,потому что наказания в них были очень и очень жестокими.
