Так Битва войск Абулхайра и ойратов во главе с Уч-Тэмур-тайши произошла в окрестностях Сыгнака, в 1457 году. Бой длился много часов и закончился поражением Абулхайр-хана, Абулхайр-хан был вынужден отступить и укрыться за стенами Сыгнака. Ойраты ограбили и разрушили город Ташкент, Туркестан, Шахрух.

Около 1465 — Султаны Жанибек и Керей откочевывают от Абу-л-хайр-хана в долины рек Таласа и Чу. В Семиречье (Чуйская долина) образовывается Казахское ханство во главе с Кереем.
