Describe the situation in which you led the team. What difficulties did you encounter and how did you overcome them?

I participated in a personal development class and in the very first week the topic was to build up your confident. We needed to face challenges and one of them was to hold a speech in front of many people … while streaming it live on your private Facebook account.

This was sooo scary. After my mentor announcedd this challenge I couldn’t find any sleep because my head just went wild. I just went through all kind of scenario. What should I speak about? Where should I hold it? What if I make a mistake? I couldn’t rest at all, but in the same time I felt so pumped up.

I have led a team in a situation where we had to complete a complex project within a tight deadline. The team consisted of individuals from different departments and had varying levels of expertise in the subject matter.

One of the difficulties I encountered was a lack of clear communication between team members. This led to misunderstandings and delays in the project. To overcome this, I implemented a regular communication plan, where we had daily team meetings to discuss progress, address any challenges, and ensure everyone was on the same page. Furthermore, resource allocation was a major challenge. We had limited resources, including time, budget, and manpower, which made it difficult to meet all project requirements. To overcome this, I conducted a thorough assessment of the project scope and prioritized tasks based on their importance and impact on the final outcome. I also worked closely with the team to identify any potential bottlenecks and find creative solutions to optimize resource utilization.
