In the winter the western side of GB is warmer than the eastern because of the influence of the tropical maritime airstream. In other words, it’s warm and wet at the same time. During the summer the south is warmer than the north. This is due to the differences in solar heat received, being greater in the south. Spring and autumn are quite alike. Rainy and cold. But that is not a reason to not go during these seasons. In spring when all of the new plants are blooming it is like a new life is starting for the streets of Great Britain. But in autumn it is the complete opposite. Leaves are falling off of all of the trees and it’s like they’re saying goodbye to a beautiful and lovely year.
