I always drink orange juice but now I'm drinking peach juice. She is taking a shower at the moment, though she usually takes it in the morning. Mum often bakes cherry-pies but this evening she is baking an apple-pie. As a rule, we go to football matches but this Sunday we are going to a hockey match. Marta usually wears jeans but today she is wearing a dress.
In the first sentence, we use "drink" in the Present Simple tense to indicate a habitual action ("I always drink orange juice") and "drink" in the Present Continuous tense to indicate an action happening now ("but now I'm drinking peach juice").
In the second sentence, we use "take" in the Present Continuous tense to indicate an action happening now ("She is taking a shower at the moment") and "take" in the Present Simple tense to indicate a habitual action ("though she usually takes it in the morning").
In the third sentence, we use "bake" in the Present Simple tense to indicate a habitual action ("Mum often bakes cherry-pies") and "bake" in the Present Continuous tense to indicate an action happening now ("but this evening she is baking an apple-pie").
In the fourth sentence, we use "go" in the Present Simple tense to indicate a habitual action ("As a rule, we go to football matches") and "go" in the Present Continuous tense to indicate an action happening in the future ("but this Sunday we are going to a hockey match").
In the fifth sentence, we use "wear" in the Present Simple tense to indicate a habitual action ("Marta usually wears jeans") and "wear" in the Present Continuous tense to indicate an action happening now ("but today she is wearing a dress").
